You're overlooking a metric that will take your brand to the next level
One of the most overlooked metrics in social media is comments/engagements.
Everyone always talks about the number of views/likes/shares a piece of content gets, which are great indicators of how its performed.
But, I want to talk about comments in this newsletter.
Making content from your comment section is the easiest thing to do when you have built a little bit of a community/audience.
They are telling you what content they want to see more of from your brand.
Content ideation is hard day in and day out, so when you get any indication about what your audience wants to see from you, double down on it.
This can take your content and community engagement to the next level.
One last point:
At least like all the real comments that are positive on your posts and if someone reshares your video to their story like that too.
It takes .5 seconds and shows your community you’re listening to them.
